In Phase (1), Steel Explore designs a smart platform to commence online sales while providing firsthand market information, including instant prices, market status, trends, and analysis. This phase is followed by building a warehouse to offer to-go products for instant demands.
In Phase (1), Steel Explore steps into manufacturing stage to respond to the market demands. Also, a research and development department will be established to suggest cutting-edge technologies to the production team with overarching goal to introduce green strategies in metal production market.
It is expected that the overall revenues will break down into metal trade activities (60%), manufacturing (30%), marketing consult and R&D consult (10%).
